Terms, next steps, and what happens after the pilot
After the Pilot
At the end of the 3-month pilot, Acme Manufacturing will be positioned to choose their preferred path forward:
Work Directly with Axle
Take the proven integration and commercial relationships in-house. The pilot will have demonstrated the technical viability and revenue potential, enabling Acme Manufacturing to negotiate directly with Axle Energy for ongoing market access.
Expand with Simtricity
Negotiate long-term terms to roll out across additional sites or larger battery systems. Simtricity provides ongoing platform operation, metering accreditation, and Axle integration as a managed service.
Pilot Terms
Minimum Commitment
3-month initial pilot period at £2,500 + VAT per month
Cancellation
After the initial 3 months, cancel with 30 days written notice
Extension
Month-to-month extension available at the same rate
Long-term Contract
Bespoke terms available by negotiation for larger systems or multi-site deployments
Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data, Your Asset
All meter data and operational data generated during the pilot belongs to Acme Manufacturing. Simtricity acts as a data processor, not owner. Upon termination, all data will be provided in standard formats.
Integration Code
The battery BMS integration developed during the pilot will be documented and can be transferred at the end of the engagement if you choose to work directly with Axle.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information confidential. This includes pricing, technical specifications, and operational details. Standard mutual NDA terms apply.
