100% Revenue Pass-Through
During the pilot period, Simtricity will pay 100% of Axle flexibility revenues directly to Acme Manufacturing. This demonstrates the real commercial value of wholesale trading without any revenue share during the validation phase.
Acme Manufacturing Responsibilities
To enable the pilot, Acme Manufacturing will provide:
- 1Access to the 500kW battery system for integration
- 2Installation of COP11-compliant meter (Emlite EMP1.cx or equivalent)
- 3Export MPAN secured for the battery installation
- 4API or Modbus access to the battery BMS/inverter
- 5Site-specific inputs (tariffs, demand patterns) for financial modelling

Monthly invoicing in advance at the start of each month

Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
After the Pilot
At the end of the 3-month pilot, Acme Manufacturing will have two clear options: continue expanding with Simtricity across additional sites, or take the proven integration in-house and work directly with Axle.
